# 11 Today I’m Grateful For…

While I have so many regrets at the moment, it’s important for me to think of the things I’m grateful for to keep my equilibrium balanced.

So today I’m grateful for –

  • my daughter
  • having better coping skills than I did 24 years ago
  • knowing about, and practicing, self care
  • having my mosaics to create
  • friends who love me
  • my family
  • cups of tea
  • hugs
